Formulations Products and Services has decided to lend a hand where it is needed. We have expanded our donation program to all health related items from just breast cancer, hurricane Katrina and dental. This program will not replace those programs and is in addition to those outlined programs.

It recently came to our attention that there are many National Health Observance days and months for which so many have suffered through painful experiences either themselves or through loved ones. There are over 25 pages listing these NHO days/months. To assist in the research, education and development of new ways of combatting these health issues we will donate monies each quarter to the cause of our choosing based on observance months in that quarter. If you would like a donation made to another charity please indicate the charity on your purchase order. As long as it is a non-profit charitable organization with a good rating we will make the donation to them at the end of the quarter.

Program outline:

• 10% of the profits from ALL health related promotional products will be automatically donated to the organization listed below. Please ask if you are unsure if your purchase is considered health related when placing your order as there are too many to list specifically.
• Donations will be made quarterly based on all monies collected on sales of the products listed above
• Printing (paper products such as checks, stationery, business cards) are NOT currently counted in this program
• This program will run the duration of 2008. Program will be continued the next year at our discretion.

All current donations will be going to the American Red Cross.
